Refund Policy

At Glamzes Tools™, we are committed to providing tools that meet your DIY project needs. We are confident in the quality of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before deciding on a return. If you are not satisfied after 14 days and are within our 30-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at support@glamzes.com.

Order Cancellation Policy

Order changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order may already be processed. If the cancellation is made within 12 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our products and recommend a trial period of at least 14 days. If you are still not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Services
Additional services such as Priority Processing, Expedited Handling, Shipping Insurance, and similar add-on services are non-refundable once the order has been processed or shipped.

To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page or email us at support@glamzes.com. All return requests are subject to review and approval by our support team. Please include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, without any signs of use or damage, and in its original packaging. Products returned with signs of use or damage may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Once a return is approved, return instructions will be provided. A valid tracking number must be submitted for all approved returns.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

Return Address:

The return address will be provided by email after your return request has been approved.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@glamzes.com with a clear photo or video of the damage. We will assess whether a replacement is possible. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping and Delivery

We strive to ensure timely delivery, but we are not responsible for delays beyond our control. If there are issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. Notify us within 12 hours of any address errors. After this period, you will not be eligible for reshipment or a refund. A reshipping or return fee of $15 may apply to packages returned due to an incorrect address.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

If the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
