At Glamzes Tools™, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality DIY tools to our customers worldwide. We are pleased to offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.

Order Processing Times

• Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after placement.

• Peak Periods: During high-demand seasons or holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders are shipped using a combination of international fulfillment partners and local delivery carriers.
Final-mile delivery may be completed by local postal services or regional couriers depending on the destination.

Delivery times vary based on destination:

• United States: 4-12 business days

• Canada: 4-10 business days

• Australia: 6-14 business days

• New Zealand: 8-14 business days

• United Kingdom: 6-12 business days

• European Union Countries: 4-10 business days

• Rest of the World: 20-25 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Unforeseen factors such as customs delays or logistical issues may affect delivery times.

Order Modifications and Accuracy

• Address Accuracy: Ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of order. Inaccurate information may lead to delays or order cancellation.

• Modification Window: If changes are needed, contact us at support@glamzes.com within 12 hours of order placement. While we strive to accommodate adjustments, we cannot guarantee changes after this period.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may incur a $15 reshipping fee.

Delayed or Lost Deliveries

While we aim for prompt delivery, certain situations beyond our control may cause delays, including:
• Weather conditions
• Transportation disruptions
• Customs inspections
• Payment verification issues

If your package is delayed, please first contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information. For further assistance, reach out to us at support@glamzes.com.

If tracking information confirms that an order has been marked as delivered, but the customer is unable to locate the package, we are not responsible for replacement or refund. In such cases, customers are advised to check with household members, neighbors, building management, or contact the shipping carrier directly.

If the package is lost in transit and not delivered within 30 days, we may offer a replacement or refund based on our investigation with the shipping carrier.

Multiple Shipments

To expedite delivery, items in your order may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, which will be provided to you upon dispatch.
